In this class you will learn how to make Royal Icing, storage, how to color, equipment to use, and some basic uses for this type icing and we will pipe some beginner flowers.  What you will LOVE about this icing it is so versatile. You can make flowers and if stored properly you can keep for months, or longer, until ready to use. Here is an example of a cake I was asked to make at the last minute for a dear friend. I had the flowers made, all white. So I pulled them out and colored using icing colors and a brush I only use with caking. Voilà! They are always there for you when you need them!
